Paramex Limited are seeking two Business Development Managers to work on a permanent basis for one of our Clients based in Coventry. They are the market leader in the bespoke manufacturing of low series production panels, assemblies and prototypes, specialising in tool design, sheet metal prototype production, manufacturing projects, niche vehicle projects and product development for Customers across the Automotive, Aeronautical, Rail and Defence industries.
Due to expansion within the business they are now seeking two Sale professionals to join the Commercial Team and help the company achieve continued success. These positions will cover both sales and development activities. You will ideally come from the Automotive, Aerospace, Rail or Defence sectors and will have a good understanding of press tooling and manufacturing processes, product development and prototype parts supply.
You will use your networking skills and engineering knowledge to create leads and develop opportunities for business with new and existing customers. Following through on successful leads to the receipt of a Purchase Order you will then liaise with and hand over projects to our Clients Engineering team.
Our Client is keen to expand their customer base within the OEMs of the sectors mentioned as well as Tier 1 suppliers, so knowledge of companies within one of these sectors will be advantageous.
These roles will suit seasoned sales professionals however commercially astute Engineers who are interested in moving into a more commercial environment will also be of interest.
The roles will be based from our clients Coventry office but will require regular UK wide travel and occasional European travel. You will plan your own time between the office and travel accordingly to get the best results.
