We are seeking a confident, self-motivated person to work for our client based in Coventry. This is a permanent position in which you will be responsible for the management of their Reception and Conference Rooms. You must be of a pleasant disposition, efficient, and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Word and Excel. A knowledge of SAGE Line 50 Accounts would be of considerable advantage. Our client is the market leader of bespoke Sheet Metal, Advanced Engineering, Manufacturing and Production projects for clients spanning the international Automotive, Aeronautical, Rail and Defence industries.

Job Description/h3>

  • To be based at the Company’s reception, and provide a ‘first point of contact’ service to potential customers, clients and visitors to the Company
  • To operate the Company’s switchboard, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Screen phone calls
  • To meet and greet visitors to the Company, and provide refreshments
  • Provide administrative support, when required
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post
  • Franking external post, and despatch of post
  • Franking external post, and despatch of post
  • To book meetings, and keep the diaries for the Company’s conference rooms
  • To keep the reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and tidy manner

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm
  • Friday 8.00am to 1.00pm
  • Holidays

  • 248 hours per annum
